USPS Ground

USPS Ground takes approximately one to three days. USPS only includes the time a package stays in transit in their estimations. Packages dropped off at a post office during business hours usually leave that day. Packages dropped off after hours may take an additional day.

 

Return Policy

Any unused items may be returned for 30 days; with return shipping paid by the Customer. Any items purchased that are broken upon delivery, not working, defective, or incorrect may be returned; with return shipping paid by Hennepen's.

 

Return Guidelines

1. Please send an email to [email protected] with a full description of the problem/defect, along with images or videos for proof if possible.

2. Once contacted by our staff and assigned a Return Authorization Number (RA#), you will be instructed as to where to send the item(s).

 

Refund Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
