Our Mission
When we set out on our journey over 4 years ago we made a commitment to craft the finest, most superior quality cannabinoid derived products on the planet. We analyzed step by step every piece of the plant-to-product process and assembled an experienced team to deliver on our promise.
Beyond quality execution in production -- in the very beginning we wanted Hennepen’s to be a place of inclusivity and opportunity. Hennepen’s formed an early partnership with ARC to give opportunities and employment to adults with disabilities that comprise over 60% of our staff.
We believe barriers to quality employment should be removed along with barriers to quality hemp products -- together we can all grow in our understanding and adoption of cannabinoids all while helping to make our world a better place.
A New Generation of Possibilities
60% of our operational staff are members of the ARC program - the largest national community-based organization advocating for and with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. ARC has partnered with Hennepen's to develop jobs based around fulfillment and packaging of all of our products, creating opportunities for a generation of adults with disabilities and special needs.
Our Path from Farm to Wellness
It begins with our proprietary seed genetics, bred and perfected for over 20 years exclusively on our 4th-generation farm in Colorado. We then process the plant material on site, using high-tech distillation and extraction processes created by top plant scientists. Our dedicated, vertically integrated “Seed-to-Sale” approach has resulted in a superior product, hand-crafted from start to finish.
